Ello Everybody! I know its been a long while since I wrote, but its been a bizarre few months. As many of you may know, I found my fiancée on DeviantArt by spending hours upon hours just pouring over images and refreshing the main page, looking at art. It was like I was driven to the site, not knowing why…. Well for the last few weeks I have been doing the same thing, except at: [link] this webpage does nothing but show you the last 100 or so images that people have posted to Livejournal.com. I’ve seen all kinds of crazy things over the last few weeks, and tonight I saw the reason I’ve been doing it. One of the pictures was of some guys mail, all spread over the coffee table. My first thought was about how much junk you might get by posting your address on the internet, so I clicked on the picture to see what the deal was. On the next page I read that the letters were to a gentleman who is having spinal problems, and faces a 60% chance that he will not walk again. This sunk my boat, here I have been spending my time worried about not having work, and this guy can’t even walk. Directing myself to the web-page I read his wife’s posts about his condition and how the letters shown in the picture were from people who have never met him, and are writing him to wish him well. I am writing him now, maybe I’ll send a card. It’s only $0.37 to me, and it might mean the world to him in return.
